After opening on January 13, 2022, Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Miami has become the go-to healthy restaurant for lunch and dinner bowls. Bolay Brickell is located at the intersection of Brickell Ave. and Carlos Arboleya Blvd, nestled amongst luxury condos, art galleries, and fashionable boutiques.

Our restaurant on Brickell Avenue caters to the nine-to-fivers, as well as any tourists and chic locals. At Bolay Brickell, we’re serving up inventive dishes that are fresh, bold, and healthy. Bolay's perfect blend of nutrient-rich ingredients are full of flavor. Prepared with just the right amount of creative zest, guests can create healthy bowls that are fresh and bold, or subtly flavorful, depending on their mood at one of our many gluten free restaurants.

Our menu features nutrient-dense food such as brussels sprouts, kale, quinoa, and premium proteins. We have numerous vegetarian-friendly foods, gluten-free choices, and delicious plant-based options for you to select from. You can build your own bowl, pick from our mouthwatering seasonal chef-inspired bowls, or even choose an array of flavors to build your own catering selection. At Bolay Brickell, people can’t get enough of our Teriyaki Chicken bowl.

Add drinks such as freshly brewed iced tea, kombucha, sparkling water, and fresh-squeezed juice. We also offer Stubborn Soda, a fair trade, all-natural, farm to fountain soda. And no Bolay meal would be complete without picking up 10 freshly baked cookies for dessert.

Delivery, Curbside, and Pickup

We know that sometimes even running into a restaurant takes up too much of your valuable time. If you can't make it into our brick and mortar Brickell location, we're happy to offer pickup, curbside, and delivery options to bring the flavors of Bolay to you.

Catering and Family Meals

Located in the business and banking center of Miami, Bolay Brickell’s specialty catering options are perfect for a business lunch, or for an overtime dinner for your staff. If you prefer, you can choose the Build Your Own Party catering option. This gives you a choice of bases, proteins, veggies, add-ons, and sauces. This is an excellent option for an office party, where your guests or colleagues can build their own bowls from the delicious options we provide.
