A Bolay Fundraiser is an in-restaurant event with 20% of sales donated directly to your cause. Bolay also loves to participate in local events and this is the best place to request a partnership!

Fundraise

Here are some of the ways Bolay can partner with your organization!

· K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)

· University Groups (Intramural Sports, Greek Life, College Radio)

· Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)

· Libraries and Community Centers

· Non-Profits (Entities with a 501c document & Federal #EIN)

Local Events

Bolay is always the hottest feature for any local event. Serving our fan favorites to hundreds of participants is what we do best!

Qualifications

If your Bolay Fundraiser or local event request fits the qualifications for one of these categories and meets the guidelines, fill out the form on the following page to apply. Please ensure that the proper W9 and 501c submitted has the same entity name as the organization you are raising funds for. Schools can submit school board W9s as long as the Federal #EIN is reflected on it. Tax Exempt Forms are not accepted for Fundraising purposes.

I understand that by filling out this application for a Bolay Fundraiser or local event partnership I am just submitting a proposed date and time. I will need to receive confirmation from the participating restaurant location after submission to hold the fundraiser or event partnership with Bolay.
