Since opening our doors on August 14, 2018, Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Southern Orlando has become a go-to for healthy lunch and dinner bowls, and is one of the favorite places to eat in Lake Nona. Bolay's Lake Nona restaurant is located at 12711 Narcoossee Rd #120, kitty corner to Valencia College Lake Nona Campus, next to the Verizon store.

Bolay's vision is of a restaurant and catering menu that brings craveable, wholesome, nutritious and nourishing food to its community. Bolay's perfect blend of nutrient-rich ingredients are full of flavor. Prepared with just the right amount of creative zest, guests can create bowls that are fresh and bold, or subtly flavorful, depending on their mood at one of our many gluten free restaurants.

We have numerous vegetarian-friendly foods and delicious plant-based options for you to select from. You can build your own bowl, pick from our mouthwatering seasonal chef-inspired bowls such as the BBQ Chicken Summer Bowl, or even choose an array of flavors to build your own catering selection. 

Add drinks such as freshly brewed iced tea, sparkling water, and fresh-squeezed juice. We also offer Tractor Fresca beverages, which are kitchen-crafted, certified organic, non-GMO, and contain nothing artificial. And no Bolay meal would be complete without a selection of delicious cookies. 

Delivery, Curbside, and Pickup

We know that sometimes even running into a restaurant takes up too much of your valuable time. If you can't make it into our South Orlando restaurant, we're happy to offer pickup, curbside, and delivery options to bring the flavors of Bolay to you.

Catering and Family Meals

If you prefer, you can choose the Build Your Own Party catering option. This gives you a choice of bases, proteins, veggies, add-ons, and sauces. This is an excellent option for an office party, where your guests or colleagues can build their own bowls from the delicious options we provide. 

If you are looking for a fast, easy meal for your family without the side of guilt that often comes with fast-food or drive-thru meals, we've got you covered. Bring home a Build Your Own Family meal, and even your pickiest eater will get a satisfying meal.
