  • How do I set up a Giveback Night at Bolay?

    We love to work with local schools, organizations and non-profits to host Giveback Nights at your favorite Bolay restaurant. We give 20% back on the guest purchases that mention your organization at the cash register. To set up a Giveback Night, please submit a "Contact Us" form to the Bolay location nearest to you.

  • How do I get Bolay at my next event?

    We support the growth and sustainability of our local community, and we want to be involved in your next event! Bolay can provide catering for corporate events or holiday parties, and samples at your community events (Food & Wine shows, local sports tournaments, 5Ks & Community Races). To have Bolay attend your next big event, please submit a "Contact Us" form to the Bolay location nearest to you.

  • If I have a charity in need, or a donation opportunity, how can I get Bolay involved?

    We want to be the local restaurant you turn to when there is a need! If you have a local charity connection, or a donation opportunity, we want to learn more and see how we can help. Please send us all the information through the "Contact Us" form on the Bolay website, so we can then open up the conversation to help!

  • I tried to check in a receipt and it says “Check in limit reached”.

    For security purposes, we limit the guest to a certain amount of scans per day, and a minimum amount of time is required between two scans.  The suggestion to guests would be to wait and try again at a later time.

  • Can the guest check in on a receipt from 2 weeks ago?

    For security purposes, a receipt older than 15 days will not be accepted by the app.

  • I received a birthday offer, where did it go?

    Birthday offers are only valid for a limited amount of time.  Guests have to redeem the offer around their birthday. 7 days prior and 7 days after. 

  • How will I be notified that I have earned a reward?

    As a guest, you will receive an email and/or push notification.

  • Can I use a BolayGO offer or gift with another coupon?

    No, rewards and offers cannot be combined with any other offer.

  • Do I have to use all my gifts at once?

    You can only use one gift on a purchase at a time.

  • Does it cost money to be a BolayGo member?

    No, it's a free program. 

  • How will I know if I earned or received a gift??

    You will receive a push notification through the app and/or an email depending on what notifications you signed up for. 

  • Will I get points on gift card purchases??

    No. We do not offer points as a part of this program. 

  • How do I earn points from my purchases?

    BolayGo is not a points program. We provide gifts and surprises throughout the year and offer a $5 referral bonus when you refer a friend to the app and they make their first purchase!
