Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen opened it's restaurant location in Aventura, Florida, on January 12, 2023. Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen's Aventura restaurant is located off of Biscayne Blvd located conveniently by the Aventura Mall by Saks Fifth Avenue, and has become the go-to healthy restaurant for lunch and dinner bowls. Bolay Aventura is located by the Brightline Train Station, a close walk for travelers and business people who are craving delicious flavors!

Our menu features nutrient-dense food such as brussels sprouts, kale, roasted sweet potatoes, and premium proteins such as marinated tofu, steak au jus, roasted salmon, and more.

We have numerous vegetarian-friendly foods, gluten-free choices, and delicious plant-based options for you to choose select from. You can build your own bowl, pick from our mouthwatering seasonal chef-inspired bowls, or even choose an array of flavors to build your own catering selection. 

Add drinks such as freshly brewed iced tea, sparkling water, and fresh-squeezed juice. We also offer Tractor Fresca beverages, which are kitchen-crafted, certified organic, non-GMO, and contain nothing artificial. [And no Bolay meal would be complete without a selection of delicious cookies.

At Bolay Aventura, enjoy the convenience of delivery and pickup options for healthy meals that are prepared with fresh ingredients. The delivery option is particularly helpful for those who have a busy schedule, need to pick up dinner on-the-go without having to leave the comfort of their home!

Catering and Family Meals

If you prefer, you can choose the Build Your Own Party catering option. This gives you a choice of bases, proteins, veggies, add-ons, and sauces. This is an excellent option for an office party, where your guests or colleagues can build their own bowls from the delicious options we provide.
