On August 11, 2022, Bolay Alpharetta became the first of the Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchens to open in Georgia. Since opening our doors, Bolay Alpharetta is now a go-to for healthy lunch and dinner bowls. Bolay Alpharetta is located at the corner of Rock Mill and Haynes Bridge Road, near Cava Mediterranean restaurant and across the street from Best Buy.

Bolay's vision is of a restaurant and catering menu that brings craveable, wholesome, nutritious and nourishing food to its community. Bolay's perfect blend of nutrient-rich ingredients is full of flavor. Prepared with just the right amount of creative zest, guests can create a bowl that is fresh and bold, or subtly flavorful, depending on their mood.

The Bold Flavor of Bolay 

Bolay's mission is to serve excellent healthy food with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that fuels an amazing lifestyle. It features nutrient-dense food such as brussels sprouts, kale, quinoa, and premium proteins.

We have numerous vegetarian-friendly foods, gluten free bowls, and delicious plant-based options for you to choose from. You can build your own bowl or wrap, pick from our mouthwatering seasonal chef-inspired bowls, or even choose an array of flavors to build your own catering selection. At Bolay Alpharetta, everyone is raving about our Lemon Chicken bowl.

Add drinks such as freshly brewed iced tea, sparkling water, and fresh-squeezed juice. We also offer Tractor Fresca beverages, which are kitchen-crafted, certified organic, non-GMO, and contain nothing artificial.  And no Bolay meal would be complete without getting 10 freshly baked cookies for dessert.

Delivery, Curbside, and Pickup

We know that sometimes even running into a restaurant takes up too much of your valuable time. If you can't make it into our Alpharetta restaurant, we're happy to offer pickup, curbside, and delivery options to bring the flavors of Bolay to you.

Catering and Family Meals

 If you prefer, you can choose the Build Your Own Party catering option. This gives you a choice of bases, proteins, veggies, add-ons, and sauces. This is an excellent option for an office party, where your guests or colleagues can build their own bowls from the delicious options we provide. 

Did you know we also cater special events? If you've got a wedding, graduation, family reunion, or other special occasion coming up, consider Bolay Lux. With this option, you can choose world-class flavor combinations and chef-crafted recipes that make your special event even more memorable.
