20 Sep 2019

We are excited and proud to announce that Bolay has been named South Florida Business Journal’s Business of the Year at the 2019 Business of the Year Awards. This award is given out yearly to organizations that have built the South Florida economy through strong business practices, financial growth, and dedication to the community.
“To be recognized among such accomplished finalists and to win South Florida Business Journal’s 2019 Business of the Year Award is an honor we are beyond grateful for,” said Chris Gannon, CEO of Bolay. “Our team works incredibly hard to build a business that is dedicated to quality, the community, and a fresh, bold way of life. We wouldn’t be here today without their commitment and dedication.”
Known as Florida’s hottest new restaurant concept to hit the fast-casual dining scene, Bolay was founded in 2016 by Chris Gannon and his father Tim, co-founder of Outback Steakhouse. We strive to offer chef-inspired meals that are not only delicious but also nutrient rich and gluten friendly. The GFFS certified gluten friendly menu makes eating healthy more exciting and fun while also prioritizing fresh ingredients.
“We have big, bold plans to take Bolay across the country and make strides every day to achieve these goals,” continued Gannon. “We are so appreciative of the support the South Florida Business Journal has given us this year and look forward to expanding and introducing the world to the Bolay brand and its unique culture.”
