Since opening our doors on February 10, 2023, Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Gainesville has become a staple healthy restaurant for lunch and dinner bowls, serving University of Florida students, professors, and locals alike. Bolay Gainesville UF is located off of Northwest 13th Street and West University Boulevard in the Standard. We look forward to serving fresh bold flavors to our community.

Bolay's vision is of a restaurant and catering menu that brings craveable, wholesome, nutritious and nourishing food to its community. Bolay's perfect blend of nutrient-rich ingredients are full of flavor. Prepared with just the right amount of creative zest, guests can create healthy bowls that are fresh and bold, or subtly flavorful, depending on their mood at one of our many gluten free restaurants.

The Bold Flavor of Bolay 

Bolay's mission is to serve excellent healthy food with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that fuels an amazing lifestyle. Our menu features nutrient-dense food such as brussels sprouts, kale, roasted sweet potatoes, and premium proteins such as marinated tofu, steak au jus, spicy shrimp, and more.

We have numerous vegetarian-friendly foods, gluten-free choices, and delicious plant-based options for you to select from. You can build your own bowl, pick from our mouthwatering seasonal chef-inspired bowls, or even choose an array of flavors to build your own catering selection. Our vegan Miso Tofu Bowl with kale salad and pesto noodles is sure to be a hit for the health-conscious student or teacher at UF.

Add drinks such as freshly brewed iced tea, sparkling water, and fresh-squeezed juice. We also offer Tractor Fresca beverages, which are kitchen-crafted, certified organic, non-GMO, and contain nothing artificial. And no Bolay meal would be complete without a selection of delicious cookies. All served by friendly faces that make you feel wanted and welcomed. At Bolay, we love to serve our customers the fresh, bold flavors that are our trademark.

Delivery, Curbside, and Pickup

We know that sometimes even running into a restaurant takes up too much of your valuable time. If you can't make it into our Gainesville UF location, we're happy to offer pickup, curbside, and delivery options to bring the flavors of Bolay to you.

If you are looking for a fast, easy, healthy meal for your friends and family without the side of guilt that often comes with fast-food or drive-thru meals, we've got you covered. We know that sometimes you may be too busy to cook. No judgment, it happens to all of us. But, you don't have to sacrifice flavor or nutritious ingredients. Bring home a Build Your Own Family meal, and even your pickiest eater will get a satisfying meal. 

If you prefer, you can choose the Build Your Own Party catering option for luncheons or after-school events. This gives you a choice of bases, proteins, veggies, add-ons, and sauces. This is an excellent option for an office party, where your guests or colleagues can build their own bowls from the delicious options we provide.
