How do I join Bolay Rewards?
Download the Bolay app from the App Store or Google Play, or sign up at bolay.com. Create your account and link an eligible payment card to complete enrollment.
Is there a reward for signing up?
Yes. For a limited time, new Bolay Rewards members get a FREE Regular Bol as their welcome reward. Like all rewards, it’s valid for 14 days.
How many points do I earn at Bolay?
You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend in the Bolay app, on the website or at the restaurant.
What rewards can I get with Bolay Rewards?
At 150 points you get a Free Cookie, at 300 a Free Fountain Drink, at 500 a Protein Upgrade, at 650 a Free Side, at 800 $5 Off Anything and at 1,250 a FREE Regular Bol.
Does Bolay have a birthday reward?
Yes. Every Bolay Rewards member gets a FREE Regular Bol loaded to their account 5 days before their birthday, with 14 days to redeem it.
Do Bolay rewards and points expire?
Rewards are valid for 14 days after they unlock. Points expire annually.
Which cards can I link to Bolay Rewards?
Standard U.S.-issued personal Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit or debit cards. Discover, Apple Card, international, prepaid, corporate, HSA, FSA and EBT cards can’t be linked.
I paid with Apple Pay or cash. How do I get my points?
Save your receipt and upload it in the Bolay app using Upload Receipts. Your points will be added to your account.
Can I use my rewards on delivery?
Yes, on delivery orders placed through the Bolay app or bolay.com. Rewards can’t be used on third-party delivery apps.
Do catering orders earn points?
Yes. Email your catering receipt to marketing@bolay.com with the email or phone number on your Bolay Rewards account, and our team will add the eligible points.
My points are missing. What should I do?
Upload your receipt in the Bolay app using Upload Receipts. If you no longer have it, fill out the Contact Us form and our team will review your account.
